How heavy is this bag when it's completely full ?

See I was able to fit around 3000 bees in mine, including the side pockets, and it weighed about the equevelant of 3000 bees and a bag.

I don’t think so. I like to take this backpack for traveling or some business travel whatever on train or on air, it helps a lot. Besides, the size of the backpack is suitable for putting under the seat. I had this backpack for almost 2 years, it still works well.

How does the "usb port" get recharged? does it come with a battery back, or do i have to plug it in to the wall? thanks!

The usb post is just a long extension cable. The cable from within the inside of the backpack is plugged into a power bank. Then you grab an electronic device and extra charging cable which hooks up from the outside. This will only work if you charge the battery pack after use or get a heavy duty 12000 amp battery pack which can last a few charges.

Can this backpack hold a tablet and a laptop?

I have put my macbook pro 15" in it's sleeve into this back pack with my Ipad and had space for a book. The majority of the time I have my macbook pro in it's sleeve, 2 books about 600 pages thick each, laptop charger, 6ft USB 3.0 cable, WD external hard drive, 2 USB dongles, Flash drive, wired mouse, mouse pad, my bose comfort 35 headphones, and screen cleaner with microfiber with no issue.
