This is chicken, it is real ,not processed . I add this to my cats and my dogs food. When I want to give my dog extra protein I will add this, my cats will eat this too. It is healthy smells like chicken the texture is chicken breast meat. Plus my dog only eats the white meat and she loves it. It must taste great because my cats are picky . A little expensive yes. It is great quality cat food. And good for dogs too.

Picky cats are going to love this. I get the Chicken flavors Due to all of my reviews everyone knows my cat is the pickiest of the pickies...she loves something new for a minute then she turns her nose up at it. Applaws chicken breast in broth is in her wet food rotation. I rotate her foods so she doesn't get tired of one. The Applaws foods come in a variety of flavors and sizes too. I can tell the ingredients are quality and there are only a few things in the food. Chicken breast and rice and broth....that's it. I do like to chop up the shredded breast a little more ...but only because my kitty is messy. I have NO problems paying extra for quality food for my kitty. I would do the same for myself ---so it is no different than that. The smaller size 2.47 oz can is perfect for a snack. Of course she cannot eat all of it in one sitting but she grazes too I give that to her in addition to her dry kibble and some treats as well. she loves the variety . I really love The Applaws brand. You can tell they put a lot of care into the process of making the foods.

I've spent thousands of dollars on trying to find the best limited ingredient cat food that my insulin dependent cat will like and eat consistently and this is it! Now I do rotate between flavors so he doesn't get bored, but this is purrrfect. I due stick to the broths and not the gravys because of his occasional bouts with pancreatitis, but the gravys are good as well for cats that don't have other health issues. My other cat likes those.

This was the first time I had ordered Applaws for my cat. It arrived exactly on time and the packaging was great. The chicken is shredded white meat in a small amount of broth. It is visually appealing and smells good as well. Suki dives into it and licks the bowl clean. She rates it 5 stars - paws. It is on the more expensive side, but since Suki has allergies I keep her on a grain and fish-free diet. She really seems to enjoy this as much or more than the other two foods that I rotate. Good buy. Good experience.

I used to have no issue w the food. Last 2x the chicken breast in broth was almost all rice not chicken so my cat wouldn’t eat it. Then of course it’s not returnable bc it’s food. Expensive to buy 2 cases (24pk each) of food I just have to throw out. I did order a case from Chewy and it was full of good pink chicken shreds. Don’t know why they are different but🤷‍♀️

This is the best brand of soft cat food I have been able to find. It is not carried in the pet stores in my area. The pricing is in line with what it costs off the shelf in the stores that do carry it. I ordered and received it within a week which I thought was a very quick shipping. This is only soft cat food my cats are interested in and the only soft food that I have seen that actually looks like the meat type it is. My cats actually prefer it over me baking them a chicken (yes- I tried)
