What epoxy would you recommend to fill a small hole that was drilled strait through my board?

If you do not have EPS foam the epoxy will eat through it. Use solarez polyester resin to fill and patch the holes.

Does this work for Polyurethane surfboards?

Yes. Polyester Sanding was originally formulated for use on surfboards, as are the majority of our multi-use resins.

Can I apply this with a detail brush on fishing lures and it have a clear smooth finish?

Apply in a room without sunlight ot uv rays and let it self level for a few minutes. Then 2 or 3 mins of sunlight and its good to go. Drys very clear and shiny. You can buff ir polish it also.

Can i use it as hot coat on a eps bamboo laminated board?

If your eps board was already laminated with epoxy, polyester will not stick well Are you looking to refinish the entire board? I could recommend a regimen
