Will this work with the Bose Soundbar 2?

I have a 418775 model Bose soundbar and it works fine, I would believe that the brackets will work with any soundbar, it is very adjustable.

Does this hide the sound bar power cord?

It doesn't necessarily hide it. Its made to hold the sound bar, however, you can velcro strap your cord to the bracket.

Does it work ok w/Vizio Elevate? Regarding weight and not blocking the rotating speakers?

The soundbar brackets do not fit the Vizio Elevate. They’re too short even when extended as far as they will go. This prevents all provided hardware from being able to attach the brackets to the bottom of the soundbar.

I have a teatro v3.0 phase sound bar, with rear mounts that is 7" in size. will this fit?

Not sure but if your sound bar is within the adjustable range of the Echogear under tv sound bar mount, it will work. The most important part of this Mount is if it can fit/work on your tv!
