Easy to use
I was hesitant to try as I had never tried oil I. A coffee; I am pleasantly surprised and I don’t know if it’s psychosomatic but I definitely get a burst of energy and feel revived. I also add it to my salad and loving it as it’s helped extend my fasting window. I definitely recommend it, no smell and neutral taste making it easy to add to foods. 4starts as its costly

Ketosis Achieved, this oil really works!
I had a cup of black coffee with a table spoon of the MCT oil this afternoon and this evening my urine test strip instantly went deep purple showing ketosis. I've never seen the indicator go that colour before. I've been doing the 24 hour fast or One Meal A Day for a week now and no ketosis. I'm not even 6 hours past my last meal and I'm in ketosis with this MCT oil. It's early days yet but it looks like I don't need epic long fasts to achieve ketosis therefore I should be fat burning like crazy right now.

Molecular Vacuum Distillation extraction process
Like the sound of the Molecular Vacuum Distillation extraction process which it seems none of the other c8 oils sold on amazon employ. 98g of c8 oil per 100ml 1.98g c10 per 100ml 130kcal per 15ml serving or 899kcal per 100ml. 100g fat per 100ml Of which 100g is saturated fat. Or 14g fat per 15ml serving Of which 14g is saturated fat. Bought in march 2024 use by date dec 2025. Plastic brown bottle (not to bothered will keep inside its box). Before buying check if other bottles use the Molecular Vacuum Distillation extraction process and if not come back and buy this as I think I bought the best c8. I know dr sten ekberg says c8/c10 mix is fine but having read other 1 star reviews on other mct oils on amazon stating no % of how much c8 or c10 is contained I am glad I paid the extra for this 1L bottle. Shame it wasn't in a glass bottle buy hey its oil not acidic so should be fine. Been on keto 2 months now and omad and aurophagy and never felt better.
