I had a soft top cargo bag but our new car didn't have a roof rack. We put the bag on top of the car and secured it using these straps. Worked great. Easy to attach to our car, no problems to speak of.

Easy to install. Held up very well. Allowed me to use a rooftop bag on my car with no roof rack. Drove over 28 hours with no issues. Went through heavy rain and not a single drop entered our vehicle. Other reviews are correct, they do not look like the photo. It's just one loop, not stitched near the hook. But that does not matter, they work great and good up well

I bought the cargo bag awhile back and strapping it down was a little challenging.. but someone mentioned to pair that bag with these tie-downs.. boy these are magic!! Strapped down the cargo bag without any looping it around to keep it from flying off when we start driving!! These are great!!

I did not end up using these for our camping trip. But I did install them on my car to check them out. They hook up firmly to my trip, and I will not hesitate to use this coming summer for our camping trip.

We've been traveling all over the country in our Kia Sportage without a roof rack for a year now. We left with a roof bag attached using these. I was worried about the fit when I bought them, but it turned out it really didn't matter. We've been through torrential rain and blistering sun and these have been perfect the whole time.
