Tasted great. Works well!
Excellent product. I cut the gummy in half because 5 mcg is a bit too much for me. A half of a gummy is just right for me to wake up after 8 hours sleep and feel alert. I’d probably sleep past noon if I had the whole gummy. My sensitivity might be due to my size. Folks probably metabolize differently. If it helps to know…I’m 129 lb. on the petite side.

Fast working and taste good
The gummies taste strawberry-like and are pretty good. They seem to work pretty fast, around 30 minutes from taking them and I feel pretty sleepy. I've also taken them right before bed and I'm able to fall asleep almost immediately, which is not the case without them.

Better sleep for our family!
I ordered this because my 10 year old daughter was having trouble getting to sleep at night. From the first night of use, her sleep improved. She took one (not two like recommended) gummy, 30 minutes before bed, and was able to get to sleep with no trouble. I have even taken them myself on nights where I feel stressed or anxious and they work great for me too, although I take the recommended dose of 2 instead of just 1. Bonus!! They taste great, like a fruit snack! They don't taste like medicine or herbs at all. Be sure to keep them out of the reach of small children because of this!
