Is the 10 inch like the 14 inch model? With stud, nut, washer at the top?

No, this anchor is not tapped and threaded like the 14" model. The PE10 has a 1" hex head.

will this work its way through crushed stone pack?

Yes, I have tried it in this application. That said, it does not hold well in crushed stone/gravel. It works best in compact sand/soil.

Would four (4) these anchors be sufficient for a 4' X 10' lean-to shed sitting on pavers? I will need the anchors to penetrate through the pavers.

Depending on the soil condition the PE10 Penetrators have been tested to up to 1,000lbs of pull out per anchor. Our anchors are designed for use in soil. The anchors are made from aluminum, so if the pavers are made of a concrete type material it may chip away at the aluminum flights during installation. The flights on the anchors are what provide the holding power, so if the flights are significantly damaged it will alter the holding capacity that we have provided from our testing to an unknown number.

I am looking for an anchor to secure 1 1/4" pipes vertically to the ground. Which american earth anchor is the best solution? Thanks in advance.

The best American Earth Anchor to use for your application is going to vary depending on your specific type of application. Is there only one pipe that needs to be anchored?
