Outflow diameter? Tried a different brand (in the shower, fortunately) that didn't have a high enough outflow rate, and it backed up. So gross.

Hello. Great question. Our outflow dimensions at the end are 20mm x 14mm. It’s larger at the basin, this provides a stronger flow outwards and no back up…..because….gross!!!!

Can I also use this when taking a bowel movement in my car?

No bowel. Just use for urine to the bottle or outside to tree

Is this one piece item? How much room in the bag for wipes?

It is one piece. It folds so that it fits nicely into the storage bag, which is roomy enough for a wipe. I also include a small plastic bag for the used wipe.

Can this be worn in bed with an added hose to a jug?

I would not recommend it. If it's tilted backwards, then it will spill. If you are sitting on the side of the bed, then yes you probably could. Key is to keep it upright.
