Yea, it's that time in life. I fear sneezes. This product doesn't close off the path, which would be awful, but as it says, it is a support and helps to restrain the flow. The feel of it at first was irritating, but I barely noticed it after the 2cnd use. There are several sizes available so I guess the key is to find the size that helps you without causing discomfort. I absolutely depend on it some days. Much better than the smell of a pad that must be changed after every use.

I was super skeptical of these. I’ve tried another product like this with crappy results. I didn’t bother with the size 1 or 2’s I skipped right to the threes. I was done with this! I wore one last night just to see if it would work before I tried one on during the day. I had one or two or too drops from when I stretched this morning but nothing else! NOTHING!! I’m bummed because you’re only supposed to use one 12 hours a day. I wish I could use them day and night but the box recommends only one a day. I was worried about dryness. I’m Perimenopausal but it’s like a small metal cage. I’m not sure how to describe it but it doesn’t absorb vaginal fluids. I’m going to keep wearing them at night for a week to make sure they keep working. I used them doing dishes and laundry this evening and nothing! I completely dry. I usually wear a size three pad if that helps give some comparison. Just try a box!! I haven’t been this dry in almost seven years! So much better than feeling like you’re wearing a diaper all day.

OMG these are the worst things I have ever used. So painful. Insertion was done as explained in directions. Left it in for about 20 minutes but no relief. Finally couldn't take it anymore so I removed it. Was more pain to remove it. It had blood on it. Shocked To see the shape of it. Instead of it being the shape you would think, it is a square shape which is an unnatural shape for the body. It had blood on it. Will not order these again. Wish I could leave all clear stars.

I really wanted to write a review for this one because if you are like me, this incontinence sucks big time!! I am 51 and have struggled with it off and on for the past several years. According to Poise these will not work if you have URGE incontinence (feeling like sudden need to go) only if you have STRESS incontinence (laugh, cough, sneeze, exercise). I have a double whammy with both stress and urge incontinence. I tried #2 poise (shot in the dark) and it was a complete success. I had no URGE or STRESS incontinence. I was dry as a bone. As long as you know how to put a tampon in it is no big deal. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is the expense. Come on people!!! Lastly I wanted to mention that I tried another product called Finess. That product worked just as well for me. I would probably give that product 3 1/2 stars though because you have to change it every time you go to the bathroom, so talk about an expense! With Poise, you wear 1 all day. I did want to mention Finess though because some people have mentioned that it is hard to insert a Poise as they age. With Finess there is no insertion. Finess is worn on the outside. I hope another person can find a solution.
