These work okay, as good or better than I had hoped, but with one exception. I needed two, installed two, and they seemed to work well except that I noticed one side of the door was slightly sagging. Ultimately I found that manufacturing tolerances were not consistent. The hardware hinge on one side of the door was looser than the other side which allowed the slight sag. I replaced that one with another hinge and it now works fine. For most applications I suspect this will not be a problem. They do what they are supposed to do. If fine furniture is your application, and if a 1/16th of an inch sag would be noticeable, that could be a problem.

I recently purchased these hinges for a DIY project and while they serve their purpose adequately, the installation process presented some challenges. The cabinet door hinges function as expected once properly installed. They allow the cabinet doors to open and close smoothly. The mechanism feels a bit wobbly but holds the doors securely in place. In terms of build quality, the hinges appear durable with a solid construction that should withstand frequent opening and closing of cabinet doors. The finish is also adequate. This is where I encountered difficulties. The hinges did not come with any installation instructions. The placement of hinges on the doors and cabinets frame walls controls the amount of overlay and the clearance needed to open and close the door with no interference. There are no instructions regarding the position to the hinge from the edge of the door or frame wall which made the setup process confusing and time-consuming. Figuring out the correct alignment and placement of the hinges required trial and error, as well as some adjustments to ensure the doors hung straight and operated smoothly. Additionally, the hinges were not the easiest to install due to partially obstructed access to the screw holes. Some of the screw holes are only accessible when the hinge is in the closed position, making them difficult to access. I would caution potential buyers to be prepared for a somewhat challenging installation process.

Used these on my custom bench I made in my mud room and they were super simple to install and seem sturdy. Very happy with these.

The description suggests the hinge can be used as a "shelf hinge" but it doesn't lock so could only be used with hinges above the shelf when opened. It cannot be used as a table-leaf holder.

These worked fine for a pull down shelf. Please note that one of the screw holes requires a flat head screw to function properly; little clearance between the mechanism and the screw head. These are designed for flat head screws, anyway.
