This is super helpful for long runs. You could stuff a gel or two into the neon part if you needed. Easy to hold in your hand. However, it is a bit hard to squeeze. I can’t just squeeze while holding it. I have to adjust it/turn it to be able to squeeze it.

Perfect for what I need. Keep in mind there is not a pouch for a phone or gels or anything like that. I already run with a belt, so I only needed a hydration pack.

I love this bottle! It's easy to hold, drink from, and keep clean. I haven't used it in really hot weather so don't know how well it insulates and keeps the water cold. I'm very happy I chose this one!
