paper weight at best. i attempted to ring a cable with it, no go, then tried to slit the cable and that was a no go. it might work if they found a way to apply enough pressure between the wheel and the cutter, but only your hands apply the pressure then you tighten everything down, and that just doesn't work.

Decent, needs tighter fittings.
Decent for what it's made for. I bought it specifically to scrap 250 copper, using it for work is a bonus. It paid itself already and then some. Cons would be the bottom falls out easily, springs and all. Not easy to adjust then needs re adjustment after a couple times because it moves from position.
