Using this to repair a broken bottom of a motorcycle saddle bag that the bottom was completely broken out about a third of the way and cracked clear through. Corner tab was cracked so I reinforced that too. I used a MAP gas torch to heat the plastic to bending temp, overheated around the dimple cutout that caused some warping around the mounting dimple, but I was able to flatten it enough to glue just fine. Ordered a heat gun to replicate the other dimple that was broken out to prevent that. Made a paper template and cut it out with a good utility knife and scissors on the smaller pieces. Clamped between two pieces of scrap 1x8 for the larger bend. Used Otis ABS glue. This is the 1/16" plastic. I also bought some 1/8" that I'll glue in after I form the other dimple, then form it to match. I'll finish with one more layer of 1/16" on the inside. Likely be stronger than the original. Very happy. Good value. Bit of a learning curve with the heat forming but that's on me. Packed well and shipped quick.

This worked great for me when I wanted a new custom grille ornament for my car. Easy to cut and shape the material and the two different textures on each side made it handy to pick the best looking side after the cutout. I chose the rough side and added some black anodized screws for the final design. So much easier than cutting aluminum and it should be very durable.

Working with this product has a learning curve, glad there was more than I needed. My first attempt was a mess, learning from my mistakes made the next one come out great. Once you have used it, the possibilities of application are great. used for trigger guard on pistol, sun screen on truck camera monitor. Will solve many design issues in future.

I had a missing/broken part of my fender well, but the part is unavailable! I tried body shops and online Honda part stores. Well low and behold I found a video of a guy making his own out of this stuff. Well, guess what. It works. It's the right thickness and has the proper flexability so that it will not crack when things hit it. It has held up great and I do a lot of highway travel. This stuff is very versatile!

Bought these sheets to make custom splash gaurds for my C7 ZO6 for the front of the rear wheel well as its comes painted and chips eventually, I tried everything that was out that prices ranging from $300-$650! I cut them using tin snips, wet sanded down to get my mold, used original holes from wheelwell so no drilling, and used 2 layers of double sided tape! They came out absolutely awesome that at car meets I keep getting asked where I bought them from! I might even start selling these as once you get the first mold the rest is easy! Plus looks 100X better then all the other expensive brands I tried and are an absolute perfect fit!

My "12 x 24" sheets are actually 11 3/4" x 23 3/4". This can be annoying if you were expecting to use the full width on your project.

These worked perfectly for making inner door skin plugs for my vehicle, in conjunction with 8-32 fasteners, sound deadener and some closed cell foam tape to seal. One note is that anything thicker than 1/16" in conjunction with some sound deadener may cause door panel mounting problems, having used 5mm thick deadener over the top of it caused my door panels not to stay fastened. Through problem solving I used some nutserts and Phillip's machine screws in certain areas to keep the door fastened, other than that it's a great product! Also easily conforms to the any major contours to help with sealing and if you need a little more flexibility a heat gun takes care of it.
