I wanted to replace my Kenwood, 3.2 litre slow cooker which I had for over 45 years, it was well insulated and cool to the touch. I found it impossible to get anything that did not get hot on the outside so I settle for this one. It is easy to use and actually cooks faster than my old one, the lid fits well and it is very stable with non slip feet. I like the power on light. This was sold as a 3.5 litre but it is smaller than my old one and when I measured the capacity of the ceramic pot it was only 2.5 litres. I don’t understand how they can get away with that! It does get hot on the outside but has heat resistant handles.
