How long will Kosmea Organic Rosehip Oil stay fresh? Should I keep it in the refridgerator?

It should last until the expiration date in the bottle, BUT once you open it, you should use it within 6 months. Refrigeration does extend the life of rosehip oil in my experience. I got a 4 oz of another brand, & it often lost its vibrancy & efficiency before I could finish it. I started refrigerating it the next bottle I got, & it’s last much longer. I also keep the majority in the original bottle in the fridge, & just have a small one I fill every week or two that I keep in room temperature =)

Is rosehip or different from rosehip seed oil? Is it normal for this product to have a distinct, fishy odor?

This wonderful rose hip oil has a deep amber color and a rich, earthy aroma. No fish smell at all. The oil quickly absorbs into the skin, leaving it soft and flexible. Hope this helps!

I never had that but, I have to tell you it’s beautiful. I use this and Hauschka day rose cream. On a clean face it is luxurious. Give it a try.
