I know there are lots of the out there but I like this one because the salt is REAL Redmond and there are more different electrolytes than some others.

Rehydrate
I started drinking this a month ago. It is salty and I had to get used to the taste. But I feel better. Living in hot humid weather and running, I highly recommend using this as a supplement to rehydrate!
