It def works on a stubborn stomach
I’m a type 1 diabetic with a stubborn body. This definitely works! I took it around 7pm and went around 8am, I’m ok with that. Definitely cleans you out, no cramps no diarrhea. I just wish I could take it daily as it not for daily use.

It is a natural products.. no additives
This is not a laxative.. it is a gentle natural stool-softening agent.. I take iron tablets and iron tends to constipate.. This has really helped in avoiding that. I am 84 and I need all the help I can get. I have been using Nature's Sunshine Products for over 35 years and have never been disappointeed!
