Was good and sharp out of the box but didn't hold an edge very long . Easy to get back to sharp but it dulls so quick

Nice knife - get one
Knife came very sharp. Seems to hold an edge good. Well built handle with a good blade. Not a flimsy cheap blade, made to handle some heavy cutting.

Reasonable product for a very Reasonable price
Very good blade. Stays sharp. Good blade shape. Contoured grip, Handle is a bit narrow for my hands. (Usually large or extra large gloves). Sure makes it easier cutting steaks, when i buy in bulk. Overall seems to be good quality,
