I purchased this to make gifts for my husband's workers for Christmas. I was removing the flags from the flag sticks but did not have to worry about ripping them as they just fell off of them. The workmanship is very poor as it should not have fallen of the flag sticks but in my case since I would be removing them made it easy for me but if you are looking for the complete flag with sticks I would advise not to get these as you would be trying to fix them or returning them.
