Yes you see a pump and it works but not too strong like another brand I took was stronger no names but yes both work good. The 6 pills kill it a bit and yes I will rebuy it again definitely good as long as you put in the work at the gym.

I think the pmd brand from gnc works way better.., of course it’s way more pricey. This didn’t do anything for me that was noticeable…too many pills to take not much on results.
