Cartoon Network Steven Universe Cheeseburger Backpack

I bought this for my 5th grade grandson for back to school. I had reservations, because I thought it would be more of a novelty item and wouldn’t last the school year, especially holding school books and being thrown on the ground repeatedly every day. I am pleasantly surprised at how well this bag is holding up. It is roomy, has big zippered pockets and is well constructed. Despite the terrible treatment of its owner for the last 5 months, it looks almost new. I thought I might have to buy a more sturdy backpack by now, but it is doing well. Turns out this is a well made bag so don’t let the price deter you- it’s a good value.

In my opinion, this is a great buy for Steven Universe fans or anyone who just wants a cheeseburger backpack. It has three pockets. One pocket is the top bun, another is the cheese, and the last one is the tomato. The first pocket has two small inner pockets along with pencil slots as in a normal backpack. The other two pockets are full size pockets with no inner pockets. The coloring, fabric, and size are great. As in the show, you can fit a lot of items in each pocket. I've tried to take as many pictures for reference as possible. I've taken photos with the backpack on my brother who is about 5'4" and my sister who is about 4'2" for reference for anyone looking to buy it for a child or a teen. The straps are adjustable to suit a child or a teen (I'm 5'2"). The first (seven I believe) photos were taken when the backpack is empty and the others were taken when I filled it with items. There was still some space left over and I'm surprised how much it fit. Overall, this is a great backpack in general and any Steven Universe fan will go absolutely crazy for it (unless you're a CLOD!)

I've wanted this backpack ever since I started watching Steven Universe and it is exactly like it is in the show! Also cheeseburgers are my favorite food so I probably would've bought this even if it wasn't from a show I watch. The pockets are very spacious, the colors are top notch and overall it's very well made! The size is perfect and it should be able to fit anyone of any age. When it arrived the top bun was very wrinkled but I'm sure it'll smooth out over time. I'd also like to mention that this is more meant to be a novelty backpack rather than a serious backpack for everyday use so despite the spacious pockets I would not recommend this as a school backpack to carry all your textbooks in, it's obviously not made to hold that kind of weight, but it should be able to hold lighter things like your laptop, sketchbook, clothes etc. Overall I highly recommend this to anyone who loves cheeseburgers even if they are unfamiliar with the show, but for Steven Universe fans this is a must have! I also recommend the hot dog duffle bag to Steven Universe fans and hot dog lovers!

i love this backpack. apart from just being really cute, it is extremely sizeable and durable. i’m in a pretty demanding school program that requires me to bring in a tablet, laptop, and multiple textbooks on a daily basis. not to mention other things like a planner, folder, multiple pencil & highlighter holders, sometimes a change of clothes - all the good stuff. this accommodates everything. stuff i would struggle to fit in any other backpack goes easily in here. this handles the kind of weight that requires me to put a seatbelt over it if it’s in the passenger seat so the alarm doesn’t sound. only the front pocket has compartments and organizers, but i will say that the divisions between the bun, cheese, and bottom are so accommodating that when i have a spill (and it’s happened a handful of times), nothing really leaks or seeps into the other parts. i’ll just turn it inside out, run a delicate or drain & spin wash, and hang dry to restore it back. it is also my most received compliment :)

This is an AWESOME backpack. I was hesitant to let my 8-yr-old choose it at first, as I was asking all the kids to buy durable backpacks that would last more than 3 months. But this backpack has EXCEEDED all expectations. Zippers and materials are VERY durable and amazingly stain-resistant....and this is for a kid who is no stranger to needing durability. Several months into school, and I'm really impressed that the zippers are doing so well, even with how full he likes to pack it. He loves the different compartments (bun = lunchbox, cheese = binder, etc.). It actually helps him stay organized. Now I know why others rated it so well. BEST OF ALL: He's easy to spot on the playground at pick-up time, and the other kids/parents comment on how they LOVE it too. Great purchase.

works great!!!! but after a few months, the zipper on the cheese started getting stuck in a specific spot, and i’ve had to pull it to get it to close. other than that, i LOVE this backpack!! its excellent quality and it carries SO MUCH STUFF INSIDE!!! its comfortable to wear and i’ve gotten DOZENS of compliments on it because of its bold colour and design! 99% recommend! very recognizable, too. for example: this pic was taken by a friend who recognized me and has stalked me on the way to school. not cool, kenzie, not cool.

Half way through the school year and it's holding up. My daughter is a senior in high school and no complaints yet. Super cute !
