Please don't hurt yourself on the hard stems.
Absolutely Love this. I always have with 2 slices of wholemeal bread and 1 boiled egg. Afterwards you have this beautiful calm feeling as you can feel the nutrients pulsing through your body. Best sign to say this is really good Tin food for you at a price that helps. What I don't like? In every can you will come across 2 or 3 vegetables that have been cut to close to the hard stem. It's not pleasant but they normally can be chewed or crunched, This time it was a stem so hard I had to spit it out. I've included a photo of the stem, it's a delicious & healthy product but I need to warn you all to not hurt yourself on it.

Lovely ratatouille. Nicely balanced and really tomatoey. Perfect for casseroling chicken in.

Tasty sauce with good consistancy. Would have liked more visual vegetables

D'aucy Ratatouille.
This to me, is an essential to have in, for quick meals. It goes brilliantly with all Italian meals, stirfrys, and since I don't eat meat, quorn or Amazon's soya textured pieces, for stews etc. Plus it's delicious on it's own, or with toast/ baguette etc. Very highly recommended, excellent quality, packed full of vitamins. Very good price too.
