Apple iPhone 12 mini, 128GB, Black - (Renewed)

Impressed! Received phone overnight, at least 3 to 4 days before I expected delivery. Have not set up the phone yet but it is in pristine condition and as described (looks brand new) All accessories were included including a screen protector, charger and lightning cable. iPhone 12 mini is a nice size too. Easier to carry in a pocket. Hopefully the battery life will be good as my older iPhone eats up battery very fast. Time will tell.

Speedy delivery! Great little phone. Day 2 of having the it, 95% battery which is great. There was a message saying it didn't recognise the display screen, I imagine that's been replaced but looks and works like new. Definitely recommend this company. Ok this is a review after having this product for 3-4 months. This phone started out fine with some issues holding a charge but ok for light use. However, after some time the phone rejected the battery which was replaced in Japan, according to Apple and is incredibly cheaply done. The motherboard fried randomly with no warning, despite no damage inflicted by me. It no longer turns on, I cannot retrieve anything and there is no warranty. Save yourself the future pain and buy a phone somewhere else.

I love the size of this phone and coming from an iPhone SE, this feels a world away from my previous in terms of features and functionality. The screen also feels much bigger because of the small bezel. Cameras are great, face ID is very quick - I hardly notice it, as by the time I've picked up my phone it will have unlocked already. The battery is truly terrible unfortunately and you can see it draining away under your eyes even with light use. I have ended up having to charge it constantly as it will never make it to the end of the day. Although the battery is at 100% life, I suspect this might be a third-party battery that isn't as good as the original. Either that, or the battery really just is utter cr*p. The screen, camera lens and the back of the phone look absolutely spotless, however there are a few quite obvious chips around the lens cutout and around the charging slot, a bit cheeky to sell as 'excellent quality'. There was also quite a bit of grime/dirt around the screen, which seems weird for a refurbished phone. They could have easily cleaned it a bit better. Other than that this was great value for money.

Great quality. Arrived very quickly no scratches, you can’t tell is second hand. It arrived as new with a case cover and a greeting personal card. If you have some issues you can simply contact directly with the seller and they can exchange with another one or refund it. Absolutely great seller, i highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the next day delivery of the re-conditioned iPhone 12 and for the gift of a new case which my wife didn't have on her previous iPhone 6. It is now ready for her to use and she is very happy with it. White was her choice of colour and it looks good and very reasonably priced for her needs. First impressions were fantastic. Spotless condition, apple battery renewed and at 100%. However the Face ID didn’t work (supplier offered help) which really hasn’t bothered me because it’s no use to me, battery now at 88% already, the glass back now badly cracked in spite of having all round case because of Apple’s appearance over function attitude changing metal strength for weaker material. For me the ‘shine’ has gone with this generation of the iPhone. It’s now just another phone.

Noticeable dents along the sides Overall appearance suggests minimal refurbishment effort Price was lower than new (though perhaps not low enough given the condition) Battery health at 82%, which means reduced battery life compared to new Quality of refurbishment does not meet expected standards Bottom Line While the phone functions, the poor cosmetic condition and mediocre battery health make it difficult to recommend. The refurbishment quality appears substandard, suggesting this device received minimal attention during the restoration process.
