I am very happy I purchased this air purifier. It is completely silent - if it didn't have the light on top (which you can switch colors or turn off), I wouldn't even know it was on. I also love that there are no filters to replace or maintain at all. It seems to be doing a great job clearing the air in my living room. We had a little bit of mildew forming in a couple of spots from the damp air, and after running this for a few weeks, they are almost entirely gone. I purchased it because I wanted something that would kill viruses in the air if anything got into our house, and while I don't have any way to measure how effective it is at doing that, it definitely has given me some peace of mind when we've had to have repair workers inside. It does get a little warm to the touch, but not enough to noticeably change the temperature in the room or anything like that. I was initially worried the heat might damage my table, but after over a month it hasn't caused any rings or other problems and isn't really any warmer than a warm drink might be. Overall, I really like this one!

I purchased two of these units from Amazon in June of 2018. Both have worked very well and kept the dust and animal dander out of the air. I have the white one in the bedroom and the Black one in the living room. Today I noticed that the Black one is not warm to the touch. The lights still come on and changes color but it doesn't put out any heat. I think it has stopped cleaning the air. I read in the reviews on Amazon that there is a 2 year warranty on these products. Please let me know how I can get this one fixed as I really like them and want to keep using it. I tried to send an email to the manufacture [email protected] but it came back as undeliverable. Resent the email and it went through but after 10 days, no reply from the company yet. Update 5/21/2020 - finally found the right email address ( [email protected] ) and when I described my problem, I was sent a return authorization and shipping advice. Sent the item back and got a brand new one that works great. I really like the way it cleans the air. I had a small parrot which put a lot of dander in the air, I would find it on everything in the living room but after using this product for a few weeks a noticeable difference was observed. I also have one in the bed room and my wife an I sleep better while using it.

This was a second purchase for this type of air purifier for my home. I purchased a similar one about 10 years ago and have always been very pleased with it and it was amazing how much dust it actually reduces. However, this one I recently purchased doesn't do anything but light up and even then, I have to tap it numerous times to get the light to come back on. I haven't noticed any reduction in dust or improved air quality and unlike my other one it is constantly cool and does not feel warm to the touch. I should have returned it since I believe it never really worked properly. Do yourself a favor and follow up with the product results before your return time expires.

This is a good product for my allergies and asthma! It has worked to decrease my symptoms significantly. Pros: works to reduce allergens for me and I have seen a decrease in symptoms. Cheaper than using replacement filters. Cons: does not reduce dust, does not eliminate odors, and due to a lack of a fan works slowly. I see a lot of reviews that this product doesn't work and wanna say: This product will NOT get rid of odors or reduce the amount of dust. It does an amazing job of reducing allergens and pollutants. There is no filter and no fan, so it's not gonna get rid of dust the same way as a HEPA purifier or work nearly as quickly as a HEPA purifier to clean the air. Due to whatever chemicals are used in HEPA purifiers I cannot use them, they always aggravate my asthma (I am very sensitive) so after trying out MANY purifiers this has been the best one, and cheapest since replacement filter costs add up a lot.

Over the past several years I have added more of these to my house. I now have six. These do not filter particulates like dust and pet fur. I like the Honeywell HPA 100, 200, & 300 with filters for that. These kill mold, allergens, viruses, bacteria, etc. When I bought the first one several years ago, I didn't think they worked because they were quiet and I didn't notice any difference. After several months I realized my allergies were better. Now I have one in almost every room. Since there is no fan, it takes a while to filter the air in your house so you won't see a difference right away. Over time you will notice an improvement with your allergies. EDIT: Now with COVID, I've added more. This is an outstanding product!

This works amazing. I noticed dust accumulation was so much less bc the machine burns the dust up. No smell. No noise. The air is cooled down as it comes out. Safe to touch. Light! I noticed such a difference over a week. When I open my windows I turn the machine off. I think this is the best during covid19. No filter changes.

Worked great for about the first 2-3 months. Now it’s pretty much an expensive nightlight, that’s it. It doesn’t purify anything and my allergies are just as bad as before.
