We have used this supplement with all of our kids and it seems to be the perfect boost to this immune system during cold and flu season. We seem to have less sickness when we take this consistently. My daughter is super picky about taste and texture and she loves these. They dissolve easily and you get a decent amount of tablets in the package.

The Dinos keep the kids happy!
These are my best friend during sick season! I am sad that they switched from the Dino shape to a boring circle, my kids enjoyed the Dinos. I like that they have a lot of immune supporting ingredients and keep them healthy during sick season.

Don't know if it works but I keep buying it
I try to incorporate natural ways of avoiding or lessening sickness. I chose these chewables because of the zinc and elderberry, plus my boys love the taste. I can't say I have noticed them being sick less, especially with it being fall and all the colds being passed around. But, it doesn't harm them and it makes me feel better for making the attempt.

The flavor is very chalky. BUT boy do these things work. I started preloading my kids with these late July for school to start mid-August. They have been so much healthier this year! My kiddos learned to just take this one with their multivitamin to mask the taste and texture. It's been very nice to skip a few colds and viruses this time around!

Use these everyday!
I give these to my kids (ages 2 and 4) regularly. They take them happily, almost like a treat, and I do think it’s helped boost their immune system. This is the best product I’ve found for small children to take zinc and elderberry.
