The Mountain Is You: Transforming Self-Sabotage Into Self-Mastery

Its a very nice book that is not only a self help book, but also u feel like you are talking to a friend/personal therapist. If you take it really take heart of considering the things that its telling you you will feel how the heaviness you feel inside will be feel uplifted. Highly recommendable. I gifted it to myself on my birthday, i picked up some learning last for a lifetime ♥

A very good book

I think this is the most awakening and insightful book I read in my whole life.

This book quite literally changed my life changed my view and my perspective. I suggest getting a self care reflection journal is therapy writing and whenever you finish a chapter quite literally journal and reflect which part hit you most psychologically and why.

Love the whole thing! From packaging to the actual book - way to go!!!love it. Best purchase to date! The book itself is very relatable. The ultimate guide to mastering yourself.

Amazing

Very nice book and delivered on time

The book came when it had some oil on its cover which is not removable. If you like your books clean then consider not wasting your money on them

The print is of a poor quality. Some passages are blury and some pages misaligned in the middle - frustrating

Life changing book! One of my favorites!

Great read

Amazingly written. Definitely this book will fix your outlook on the world.
