When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable. Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go. For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.

Best combo to get after a bbl . Washer safe and for the price I recommend 100%. Quality is great and very comfortable.

This pillow and back cushion have held up well. I use it mainly for driving and sometimes when I choose to sit, but trying not to sit as much (post op BBL). Not sure how some purchase just a pillow without a back cushion because for me the back cushion is a must have especially when driving. The pillow is very firm which is why I took off 1 star but they probably need to be that way to provide the support that is needed.
