Pure Monk Fruit, 3.5 oz (100 g)

Absolutely stellar monk fruit! I had never used pure monk fruit before and once I got the hang of how much to use for recipes, I won't live without it. This totally takes the place of sugar for the things I use like pumpkin custard cups and pumpkin creamer that I make. A really great product and worth it because you use very little.

After using Treason pure monk fruit, this one does not compare !! Very disappointed ☹️. This one has a strong bitter aftertaste. When using treason monk fruit sugar there is absolutely no aftertaste or bitterness. I was hoping this product being the same high quality for the price of it. Will not buy again 😔

This stuff is absolutely delicious and a little goes a long way. If you're new to coming off sugar it might take a little bit of adjustment, as it would with any product. When I first started it it tasted a little strange to me, but I gave it a few weeks and now it tastes absolutely delicious and sugar tastes strange and kind of acidic and chemically now. This latest batch of monk fruit tastes more fruity and more sweet than previous batches I've gotten from Julian's bakery, it's even better than any I've had before! I have Celiac and I have never had any problems with cross-contamination with this product. A little goes a very very VERY long way. Even using this everyday multiple times a day this will probably last me a good 6-9 months at least. It doesn't have the bulk of sugar so it can't be replaced for sugar in certain recipes that rely on that bulk, so that's just something to keep in mind. But for things like drinks, pudding, and cookies it should be fine. I make up a batch of my own hot chocolate powder using two cups of organic cacao powder, two tablespoons of this monk fruit (slightly scant, it's strong stuff), and 1 and 1/4 tsp salt. I put that in a mason jar put a lid on and shake it really well to incorporate it completely. Then I can use it for hot chocolate with just hot water or with some coconut milk, I can mix it into coconut cream to make an instant chocolate pudding, and so on. I absolutely love the stuff and I hope they never stop making it. It's also great for keto and paleo.

Love it, leaves no after taste. Use only the tip of a tsp for coffee.

I have to say, at first I didn’t like the taste of pure monk fruit. Being a diabetic makes me limited on what sweet things I can have. Now I love it. I use it more than I thought I would. And my blood sugar levels are stable. One thing, the first container I got had a nice scooper with a long handle. But the ones I got after that came with a scoop that barely had a handle on it. I don’t like the new handle. I can never loose my scoop from the first container. I hope they bring back the scoop with the longer handle. It was perfect.
