This is my 3rd order, it’s a staple now. No flavor, which I like. Mixes great into my coffee using a frothing stick. I also mix it into oatmeal but the trick is to froth the powder with some water first and then mix it into the oatmeal. Also mixes well into yogurt and of course smoothies. I think I notice less bloating with this over the raw whey protein I had been using in the past.

Tastes best with almond milk.

Since I can’t do cow dairy, I can’t compare this to regular denatured whey protein powder. However, I can say that this product is excellent. Some say that it is a little “goaty” but I don’t get that at all. It does make things taste a bit like milk, but it is not overwhelming at all. It dissolves smoothly. Leave no grit in my nondairy yogurt. When first stirring it in the yogurt, it is kind of clumpy. But if I let it sit just a couple of minutes and stir again, it all dissolves away, cleanly and smoothly. Excellent protein source Wish it were cheaper. :)

The taste is basically non-existent (which I like because then my shake tastes like the fruit/ingredients I put into it and not just the protein powder) but it also adds a nice creaminess to the shake. Being 6 months pregnant I try to get 100g of protein per day and this makes it really easy, I definitely notice an energy boost after having it. I've probably tried at least 6-7 different kinds of protein powder (both whey and plant based) over the years and this one is the best one I've tried and is cost effective. Half of the container is not empty when you get it, which can be the case sometimes for more med-higher cost powders. I would recommend this to anyone who wants clean, easy to digest protein and has trouble getting it all from whole foods alone.

Great company. Please read whole review. I recommend this company's product but on this the flavor was not for me. I really tried to like this but it was so gross tasting. And I like goat cheese. But as far as putting it in a shake I just couldn't do it. It was unpalatable. I think that if you can handle the taste and the flavor or maybe you cook with it. It might be really great for you because it's got really high protein content but I could not drink it due to the poor taste. I don't think it's a bad protein, it just wasn't the right one for me. *****I want to say that this company is really great and that they offered me a refund. This is the kind of company you want to work with. They're sensitive to the needs of the customer. I know their product is top notch and clean but the flavor wasn't for me. Will I buy their other products? ABSOLUTELY

I have been looking for a good protein powder as cow’s milk products do not agree with me. This is different. No bloating or digestive issues. I got the unsweetened version. I made a smoothie with half coconut and half almond milk and some frozen berries. It had a slight goat cheese flavor but nothing off-putting. Next time I am going to try it with frozen cherries and I think it will be yummy. I recommend.

I've been using this product off and on, but thank God for a protein whey that does not have pea protein. After hearing Dr Gundry that pea protein is full of lectins and causes inflamation, I stopped using them I was trying different protein powders but they tasted like chalk especially the pea protein ones. But downed it thinking it's good for me........ I like this Mt Capri. I hope mine comes sealed well, as someone wrote hers did not. I hope they keep making this. It's def worth the money. Just upset that I threw out a few expensive protein powder bec of the pea protein. Oh well, it's learning money, but I hate to waste food, So, goat milk has been healthy for ages, remember Heidi? We can only do our best, and God will do the rest. So great to have Amazon!! Products come fast, and there is who to call, cust service, and a way to go on the app as well. Great product but terrible packaging. I love this goat whey and will order it twice a month, but why the awful big hard plastic tub? Why not distribute refills in a pouch or even paper bag? The packaging should match the values of the product. I hope the company will rethink this unsustainable choice.
