El producto tiene un diametro pequeño, la construcción deja mucho que desear, se que es un producto barato pero deberia tener mejor calidad. El trato del vendedor ha sido pésimo, se le ha solicitado una factura y no hay manera, no es nada recomendable, tampoco se puede devolver ya que se pagarían unos gastos superiores al producto.

The rain chain works great and looks elegant. Installation: I used a wood hole saw to drill a hole in the gutter. I made mine 2" diameter which was a bit too big and some water dribbles down outside the chain. So I made a funnel from a small piece of aluminum flashing to make a funnel at the top. perhaps it would be best to keep the hole in gutter to about 1-1/2".

Even though I had seen the specs on this rain chain, it was a lot smaller than expected. I think a 50% increase in size would create a better chain for me (I am sure everyone has different needs, however, the company does not offer this in a larger diameter). The chain works surprisingly well. However, it seems like it is better to add the gutter adapter to direct the flow to the chain as rain water flows to the chain and into the air generally. I have ordered one and let's hope that works.

These barrels are tiny, not at all as depicted. It's not an unattractive chain, just one that's really worth about $20.
