Absolutely amazing!! I love that I can use any amount of sugar that I want to! I was able to cut the sugar back to 1/4 of what I had to use, using the Sure Jell pectin! I even used it to thicken pie filling, and it was great!

Pomona Pectin has an absolutely fantastic product. If you’re looking for a way to remove refined sugars, making jams and jellies with Pomona is the way to go. Buy organic and want to use organic raw honey? Pomona is the only pectin that you can do this. I exclusively use Pomona as I’m a diabetic and I make all of my own jams and jellies. So easy to use. You can get 3-4 batches out of each box and you use far less sugar. The taste of the fruit comes through better and it works out cheaper than pectin when you factor everything in. This is the only thing I use for my jams and preserves.
