junk///junk
In ten minutes the handle broke, I liked the idea so I bought another. Filled with roundup leaked all over, took it apart and sealed the leaks went out to use it and guess what THE HANDLE BROKE At this point I gave up on this cheap product. Amazon handled it ok, but they have to understand it takes a lot of time and effort to send back. The second one I just through in the trash and wondered why amazon would even sell this junk. Don't get me wrong I do like the idea and I would pay more, if it would work as it should.

I want to love it more!
I want to give it more stars, but since I broke my first and second one I am having a hard time with that (I still have a third one that has not been used yet). Again on the down side is that the reservoir is very small and requires a lot of refills. I would be willing to pay more if it had more metal working parts that didn't wear out so quickly. It's all plastic. I live in the greater Phoenix AZ area and have a desert landscape in both the front and back yards. If you don't know what this means is my yard is rocks (yep rocks, no grass) with citrus trees, shrubs, potted plants, etc... This seems like a great way to concentrate the weed killer (mine is currently eco-friendly, but it works with the chemicals as well) and it is; however, it is a bit temperamental. The theory behind this is that you place the cone over the offending weeds and push the handle down to deliver the weed killer in a spray like manner. It's kind of tough on the rocks to get a level area so sometimes it catches up and clicks instead of spraying. This is why I believe it has higher rate of failure. The standing up and not bending over and killing weeds part is awesome for your back, but it just has no real lifespan. Again, if hey could manufacture a sturdier version I would be willing to pay more for it as it beats the handheld and backpack versions of sprayers I already use.

A Great Idea
I'm giving this device four stars because it allows me to spray weeds without bending over (bad back) and without spraying the flowers around them. It is the only gadget that I've found that enables me to do this. However, it isn't perfect. The handle screws into the reservoir, which screws to the funnel. For this reason, the handle's threads are opposite what we are used to, which causes me to unscrew it when I really meant to tighten it. Also, it comes loose a lot and has to be continually retightened. I would bet the product will be improved soon, if it hasn't already.

Broke after less than an hour of use
Great idea. But, weak design and execution. Broke after applying less than 3 quarts of herbicide. You must have the hood perfectly flat and the handle exactly perpendicular to the ground. That means the weed being sprayed must be directly in front of you and aligned between your two big toes. Anything less than this will result in a popping sound and reduced spray output. Also the ground must be golf green flat or else you will get similar results. I give it two stars only because I’m sure that out there somewhere there is someone who has a golf green quality front lawn and may get an occasional weed or two. For those folk or for someone who may have weeds sprouting in their living room carpet, this may be a great tool that would last them a full season. For the rest of us, this is not up to more than light, occasional or rare use. Mine lasted less than an hour. I am not new to sprayers. I currently own and use four. These range in size from 1 gallon to 25 gallons and are used for application of herbicides, pesticides, wood stain, and to control silica dust when sawing concrete.

Not worth the money
This item is very cheaply made. The bell end would not stay attached to the unit every 3 or 4 times I squirted a dandelion it would fall off. Also the second time I used it the plastic screw attachment that attaches the long handle to the spray unit broke in half. This was $100.00 wasted. I wanted something like this because I have a bad back and it is painful to kill dandelions. Because of my wife's garden she won't let me use the week killer liquid that attaches to the hose because one year overspray killed the tomato plants. I thought this would be the ticket but I was wrong. Thanks for nothing and taking my $100.00.

Piece of crap
It should be illegal to sell junk like this knowingly to the public.Plastic broke after 20 plunges? How could the manufacturer not know of this design flaw?Don’t waste your time on this product!

Good
This is a good weed tool. You fill the container with weed spray and just walk around your garden zapping the weeds. This is easier that bending and pulling weeds. Good product.
