Definitely Worth A Read
Listen, I'm not much of a reader, because frankly I just don't enjoy it, plus my attention span is.. lacking, a friend of mine recommended this book, within the first chapter it had me hooked, definitely makes you look at things and think of situations differently. This is definitely your book I recommend, it's very straightforward, not much transparency, kind of like myself.

Loved this duo!
This book is a total game changer! Mark Manson’s writing is funny, blunt, and incredibly real — he breaks down life lessons in a way that’s easy to relate to and actually useful. It really made me rethink what’s worth stressing over and helped me focus on what truly matters. I love that it’s both deep and entertaining at the same time. Definitely a must-read for anyone who wants a realistic approach to personal growth!

Sometimes a person just needs permission
Despite the unnecessarily edgy title, this book may give just the right perspective someone can hear - especially those who shutter and any "spiritual" viewpoint. The deal is, so many of our situations are a direct result of our choices and when "mind-content" we choose to pay attention to. Just like, in this country, we eat cows but not dogs, so we choose to follow some thoughts and let others pass by - But they are all just thoughts. Portions of this book make that clear and it doing, nudge the reader, even if slightly, away from the "tyranny of thoughts".

Listened to the audiobooks and they were amazing. I wanted to purchase a physical copy so I could have them for reference. Such a cool design and looks great on my book.
