1/2 x 28 Threaded barrel protector. It is machined from US made steel to very high quality standards on CNC lathes in my shop. It is counter bored to accommodate barrels that are not undercut at the shoulder. It also has a durable Black Oxide finish. Works and looks great.

Great machining and beautiful finish!
This is a very well made thread protector with a beautiful finish. The like the size of it - it is a little on the larger size, which is exactly what I was looking for. The threads fit perfectly and it snugs up very nicely. Thanks, I will definitely be looking for one of these again, the next time I need one.

Nice fit and finish
I needed this to get the barrel NJ compliant. I had already fixed the stock and shaved the bayonet lug. Now if I can get rid of the pistol grip, I can get a grenade launcher and still be compliant! The thread protector is clean and the knurling is nicely done. Fits perfectly and does not need a crush washer to fill in any gap.

Very knurled
Fits great on my Taurus TX22. Looks good with a great feel. Easy on and off for when I’m removing my suppressor. It’s a must have to keep those threads protected!
