Stunning colors and delicious. It does almost taste like a mild matcha. A single teaspoon is enough for two pitchers. 1/8 tsp with 4-6 cups water was great for me. I love it so much I had at least 5 glasses today and finding myself keeping hydrated just from this tea. Since it’s non-caffeinated I can enjoy at night. its great on its own, doesn’t need anything else added but I did try it with lime juice, just to see the color change purple. Definitely going to buy more when I run out.

Very yummy in slightly warmed milk before bed. Seemed to sleep better. I didn't need to add anything to sweeten it, and the taste and aroma were pleasant to me. No grit or anything -- dissolved perfectly with brief use of a tiny frother stick and made the drink maintain a lightly frothy foam for a few minutes. With just a half teaspoon per serving, this bag will certainly last for a long time. As an Additional edit here, I've tried this no only with organic 2% daury milk but also with organic coconut milk that contains no thickeners (and there are only a few of those currently in the market, sadly for our livers), and it was still outstandingly good.

I do love this powder! I put it in my tea. It’s flavorless but adds such a pretty color.

If using to color frosting, you will need to use quite a lot. And as it has a taste, I recommend frosting the cake in plain frosting, first, cooling, and then decorating in a fine layer of the colored frosting.

Made a pea flower latte. Used matcha latte technique mixing a few ounces of hot water with 2 tsp of the powder, frothing, then poured over ice and milk. No strong flavor. Just a hint of earthiness. Very very blue! I could probably use less powder next time. I’ll use this when I want a latte drink with some visual appeal and no caffeine.

I used this to make a syrup. It is very colorful and has a taste to it. This mixed very well and dissolved quickly. I think this will make a good dye the next time I frost something. Seemed fresh.

This powder turns any drink into superfood magic! It has made my daughter enjoy her drinks a bit more. She'll make blue milk, and when you mix the powder with something acidic (like lemonade) it turns it purple. It is such a fun addition to normal drinks. It has a mild taste. I love being able to add color to things without the harmful additives in artificial dyes. The quality is amazing and I love that this one is organic.
