Heavy duty momentary push button switch with safety bezel to prevent incidental switch actuation. Flush terminal screws. 5/8" diameter mounting stem. Silver contacts rated at 60 Amps at 12 Volts. Review: Good switch - I bought this for a replacement starter switch for my friend’s 40 ford. The original switch didn’t work any longer. This one works great. Does not look like the original but close enough. Review: Positive experience - Works great, easy to install.

One tough switch.
This is one tough push button switch. I needed to replace the old one on my tractor. Because of the shield around the button, this one is far superior to the factory installed switch. It appears to be more durable and better built that factory. I’m not sure how water resistant it is but that wasn’t a criteria that I was looking for. It is very easy to install and after a couple hundred hours of operation in dirty conditions, this switch hasn’t failed once.

easy to install, works well
Did everything I could to try to diagnose a sporadic starting problem (random no crank, no start). Nothing I tried worked, and the truck would only refuse to start away from home when I was unable to fiddle with it. Soooo, I simply hooked up a direct start switch to the starter motor with the Fastronix Start Switch, bypassing the ignition switch, neutral safety switch, the computer, anti-theft system, and all the wiring. I still need the ignition key in the "on" position and the key with the antitheft chip in it for the engine to run, but with the push button switch I can crank the car whenever I want. It works great. Now I don't need to be worried about being stuck somewhere when the ignition switch isn't working. Just need to be careful I am not in gear when cranking :)
