Minecraft: Favorites Pack - Xbox One

My 4 year old son is absolutely obsessed with Minecraft. We were going to buy the original version but then noticed this one! This comes with the original Minecraft game but it also includes 7 entire texture packs so it gives the game a little variety. My son likes to play on the Halo version and he has a ton of fun building things. Included with the texture packs are several different characters for you to choose too, my son never wants to be "regular Steve" so he has a variety to choose from. Overall great game and really nice for little kids to play, nothing scary or inappropriate for them!

This game brings me back to the Xbox 360 days even though I play Minecraft bedrock either on Consol or PC. But then it won’t hurt to look back and enjoy how much I’ve missed with in the Interface, and overall gameplay. Thanks to Mojang, 4J studios, and you guys for just selling a hard copy, I can relive my past

For anyone who is looking for the actual XBOX ONE version, this is it. Its not the new crappy bedrock version that Microsoft is pushing that constantly pushes advertisements on its main menu, quits on its own when you go to your Xbox home screen, and incentivizes children to get their parents credit card to buy minecoins. Knowing that games can now be erased on the fly off of the Xbox Store, its best to have physical copies of your games you enjoy most because you never know when they can take it away from you.

Works with xbox series x and still has an active fanbase dedicated to it.

xbox reads all other games fine but wont read this one

This game is really stupid. I don't understand why kids love it, but they do. If I were reviewing this from my children's point of view, it would get five stars. If it was strictly from my point of view, it would get one. I compromised and gave it three. Especially since Microsoft makes these cases so difficult to pop the disc out of, that my 6 year old cracked it. I thought it was just him, but when I took the disc out of another case, I had to put some serious pressure on it to pop it out. We keep the discs in a book now.
