After years of using pink salt, not eating a lot of dairy eggs, or seafood I was having the symptoms of a slow thyroid. I thought an supplement might be helpful since I was not getting iodine through my diet. I really noticed a difference when I started taking it. But I only take one capsule every other day. It has so far worked for me in that with taking this iodine and using Celtic salt with all the minerals intact, I have been able to stop my thyroid medicine and help my mild thyroid problem.
