Very useful
Very useful product. I wear it during day time and can even drink tea or coffee. I was so traumatized with cheek bites since 2016. In my case it was neurological due to high stress levels.

These are amazing. I wanted to use them for a while before it wrote a review. I’ve had them for a couple of months now and my Dentist approves of them and they help me not grind my teeth. No prep work needs to be done. They’re just always in this shape. It’s the shape like you bite down on when you’re getting x-rays. If you open your mouth a lot at night, they may not stay in place but I don’t. They have an adjustable piece that will sit from one side of your mouth to the other in front of your bottom teeth. I find that the longer I make it the better it stays in place. It comes with a container to keep it in during the day. You can use your toothbrush and just wash it with toothpaste. If you wanted a deep clean, you could use denture tablets, but I don’t find it necessary. It comes with two and I have no problem with the first one after two months so I haven’t even used the second one. It’s a great value in that respect. it’s certainly easier than something that you have to mold or the $800 my Dentist wanted to charge me to have one professionally made..

Ivebeen using these for over 15 years and I couldn't be happier. I had one made by my dentist years ago at the cost of €400. It quickly went into the trash.
