Rust-Oleum Appliance Epoxy Biscuit Spray Paint

Was repainting my fridge - obviously the surface needs some light cleaning before paint - otherwise covered the stains and rust - my fridge was u down for like over 10 years now; if I k ew hiw well it works would have tried it long ago ... Only looks a bit more light yellowish than the white appearance picture - and seemed as maybe not enough to cover the whole surface maybe twice- anyways good Quality;

The color match is perfect. It does tend to spray globs. Forget what you know about light passes spray paining from rattle cans. This comes out so thin you can spray it crazy heavy, and it won't be. However, waiting a few minutes between coats won't work. I was trying to cover some rust, over, and over, and it just wasn't doing it. You have to spray it heavy, let it dry a long time, and do it again. It's an exercise in patience. I suggest wearing gloves. I think my finger received more paint than what I was painting. Soap and water didn't touch it. Hand sanitizer didn't do it. A little scrubbing with a paper towel finally got it. Durability remains to be seen, but other reviews here seem very positive. It's just messy, difficult, and time consuming. Be patient, keep at it, It'll look great when it's done. Over 24 hours later, it should be completely dry. I wet sanded it a bit to smooth out the glob bubbles. It's a very thick, heavy coat. It looks great, but the whole house still smells like paint and when I walk by the painted items, they're still gassing. I guess I'm gonna be huffing paint for a few days. If at all possible, paint your items OUTSIDE with the house closed up tight. and leave them out for a couple of days. This is not like normal spray paint. This is that same heavy appliance coat your appliances had when they were new. It should require a paint mask and a booth. A better spray nozzle would help too. I painted the bottom of a medicine cabinet that was rusting and the kitchen sink that was chipped. I bought a little bottle here that's like white-out for the sink. The only trouble is, that's not made for wet areas, and had to be reapplied regularly. The advantage though is it filled in the chips perfectly. So this time I filled them in again, waited a couple of weeks, then sprayed the whole bottom of the sink with this. It's a heavy cast iron sink. It looks great, but it was time consuming and I'm beginning to think I'll never get the smell out.

The can of paint was shaken more than adequately before use. The paint sprayed out in a very sloppy way, not a smooth flow. Prep your area (floor or ground) with lots of paper/plastic to catch the drippings. I covered a mini paint tray with plastic to catch the excess, then used a small roller to roll from the excess; otherwise, there would have been substantial waste. The floor was covered as well. Two coats were used for good coverage. Make sure to use appropriate ventilation if spraying inside! The color, biscuit was a perfect match for my fridge! I rate it a 3.8
