Bought this item to fix two of my broken cabinet hinges which were 12 years old, found on amazon with a good price , instructions were easy and assembly was great.

Good replacement for old Grass Hinges
I bought a condo that was built in the 80s and had old fashioned Grass hinges on all the cabinets. One of the cabinet doors hanging off so I needed to replace the hinges.It was surprisingly hard to find a replacement hinge that fit onto the face frame in this way. But, I managed to stumble onto this hinge. It was perfect.

They do soft close but not as well as others I recently purchased.

Fit and worked as exspected
I installed the hinges and they fit and worked perfectly. I like the soft close feature. It took a few minutes to figure out how to align the door but once set it worked out well. Just wish they came in black or dark bronze.
