Very good replacement device for old IDE Hard drives
I had an old Toshiba Protege Pentium 3 Laptop with an IDE hard drive. It was clicking and I wanted to replace it with a flash module of some kind. I found this, and it worked perfectly! I installed Windows 2000 on it, and it ran amazingly. The speed of the old laptop nearly doubled because of this. However, I recommend using a max. 32GB drive on these old computers. GREAT VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Petit mais costaud
Ce disque rapide, de capacité suffisante pour l'usage, a redonné vie à un vieux Macbook G4 avec MacOSX 10.5. Ce portable a plus que retrouvé sa jeunesse, comme quoi le disque dur est bien le point d'étranglement des ordinateurs récents, un SSD et ça repart ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix, un produit qui vaut largement la dépense.

Keine Funktion
Die IDE SSD hat mit keinem der PC's Funktioniert. Wird nicht am CMU200 erkannt. Nicht an einem P2 Notebook. An Garnichts. Nur an dem USB zu IDE Adapter

Prodotto funzionante alla perfezione ma purtroppo non è stato idoneo per quello che mi serviva... Ma non è un problema del prodotto.

Bon produit
Utilisé pour améliorer un Mac Mini G4 1.25 GHz (première génération). Pas de problème, mais je m'attendais à un coup de boost plus grand... Certes c'est mieux que le disque d'origine, mais à comparer avec le disque externe Firewire 400 sur lequel il fonctionnait (Mini Partner), c'est à peu près pareil. Sinon, ça rajeunit un peu la machine, mais ça n'accélère pas un CPU peu puissant. N.B. : il faut dire que ce Mac Mini sert essentiellement à Internet et je crois que c'est la carte graphique qui est à bout de souffle, compte tenu de la complexité des sites modernes... Pour les autres applications (Office, iPhoto, etc.), on sent quand même la différence.
