Second pan I bought. For a single person works well. I cook on low heat ( Do not cook on high heat) I also bought a lid , that's way I cook. Photo is pan after 4 months. I would buy again I've cooked anything from vegetables (pan with lid) garlic prawns, fish, scrambled eggs, fried egg. I just don't cook red meat as think high heat would damage product. Wipe over with oil and good to go. Clean up, let cool Wipe and quick wash. Don't clean while hot as doesn't clean well.

Sturdy pan, the rivets are enclosed and has a plain smooth cooking surface. Needs less oil. I haven't burnt any food on it yet (used only a few times) but food slides out. I have seasoned it though, like for cast iron. No oil needed to toast bread/ make eggs. Also I wipe it clean with a soft cloth/tissue; Except when I made eggs, then I use very little soap and more water at room temp just so am sure there's no smelly eggie residue left behind. It feels luxurious to cook in it.

Comprata per sostituire altre anti aderenti vecchie, finora ha svolto egregiamente il suo compito. Non l'abbiamo ancora messa in lavastoviglie, anche se dicono che è predisposta. Comunque cucina bene

Je cherchais des poêles avec des matériaux naturels. Je viens de tester celle-ci. Elle est merveilleuse, elle n’attrape pas et se nettoie en un tour de main. Je ne connais pas encore sa longévité, mais je n'ai pas de crainte. Elle n'est pas plus chère qu'une bonne téfal mais qui n'est pas saine. Du coup j'investis dans la batterie complète
