Does this product have a a spritzer (spray)?

This Perfume bottle does not have a spritzer, however the cap has an application wand attached to it. When you unscrew the top to take it off the bottle you will see the wand. I'm not sure if the want is metal or if it's glass crystal painted gray. This perfume bottle is beautiful! I also purchased one for my adult daughter and my daughter-in-law as well.
