Gluten free, no extra ingredients, just REAL Israeli zahatar!
Unlike some other versions of Zahatar I've purchased from neighboring ME countries, the Israeli version is made with 0 wheat. Since wheat is generally used as a filler anyway (see almost every soy sauce bottle), it made me leery of what I was actually buying. I was VERY happy when this zahatar came in the mail. It tastes wonderful, and we love the quality of Israeli goods anyway. Worth every penny!
