Useless product
This product was so ass, I applied it and followed the instructions correctly, really investigated cuz even if it didn’t have the best reviews I still wanted to give it a try, it’s terrible, it tones your hair so splotchy and it left my hair feeling so disgustingly dry, I wouldn’t recommend this at all, I barely write reviews ever, im literally writing this because I am so mad at how awful my hair feels

I love the item. but it was weeks before it finally arrived. it is only good for 1 application, there is a lot of the product, you mix it like hair dye,i have a little longer then shoulder lenght hair, i did use it all. My hair feels and looks like when i was in my very younger years, i am now 80. It is full,soft shiny and bouncy. nothing else has given me that, I would use it forever,except the time it takes to get it. For that reason and only for that i have to find another brand.If i cant, i will be back.

No shine!
It did brighten my hair a little bit as far as making it shiny, it did nothing in that department.

Extraordinary!
I have used several gloss products but this gave me the results I wanted and needed!! My hair is a natural platinum but has brown streaks at times, that the after shampoo gloss does not eliminate. Though this is more time consuming to put on, the streaks are gone and no blue hues! Will see if it last a month as advertised.

2 stars for softness, no color add
This is my before and after photos. I don’t feel like it did much and do not expect your hair to turn any type of platinum - it will not. I’m giving it two stars because it didn’t make my hair soft for a few days, but that was pretty much it. It does not change the color whatsoever.

Ruined my already light hair
Welp don't know if I got a faulty bottle or what but my light blonde hair already ended up a weird golden blonde after which makes no sense Because it was supposed to make it almost platinum so now my process that took me months to get lighter has been ruined my this product I'm pretty angry
