Worked exactly as I wanted it to. It fits under my bakflip tonneau cover on a long bed dually ram able to fill fine. Makes my drives a lot less stops with my transfer pump as well.

RDS Rectangular Auxiliary Fuel Tank - 69 Gallon, All Diamond, Model# 70326 To start with I made the mistake by ordering the install kit and tank on the same order, so it allowed Northern Tool to use the same tracking for both. This satisfied Amazon's tracking requirements and made it look like that all was well from Amazon's point of view. The kit shows up just fine with tracking as stated, but the tank not only weighs almost 90+ lbs. but is shipped from a different state from the kit so it came via a ground carrier. I made several attempts both through Amazon and Northern Tool to acquire tracking, but because NT used the tracking number from the kit (pretty sneaky) and applied it to the tank too, Amazon thought that I was crazy and blew me off twice since the tracking showed that the shipment was complete and was well inside the stated days per the ad. The tank actually showed up a week after the closing date and I did receive tracking for it but not until the week it arrived. The tank and the kit turned out to be great items and installed just fine but Amazon needs to be a little more open eyed about this situation and listen to their buyer and Northern Tool should be more realistic about their shipping schedules. Don't be in a hurry to get your part and order way in advance of when you need it......

Great tank installation in my 2017 ram 3500 fits under my bed cover perfectly has used it now for about 2 months no leaks or any issues love it.

Tank was easy to install be required some planning and mapping to insure it was safe to drill the holes. The tank has a five hole port that allowed me to add a fuel level sender to the tank and wired it to a gage in the truck. The hardest part was cutting the fill pipe to add the tap. Otherwise this setup will add 700 miles range while pulling the RV.

Fuel transfer

I ordered this 69 gallon tank from Northern tool. I knew it would be several weeks since they don’t make them until they are ordered but two months went by and I hadn’t heard from them so I called the shipping company where I was supposed to pick it up and they said yes it’s been here for quite a while waiting to be picked up. I paid almost $200 for delivery and they don’t even tell me it’s arrived at the terminal? I bought the installation kit from another company thankfully and it was fairly easy to install. Next problem, the instructions said never put more than 64 gallons in it or it will overflow through the vent. I was Already upset that I paid for a 69 gallon tank that is now only a 64 gallon tank and when I went to put the 64 gallons in it It started overflowing from the fill spout at just over 61 gallons! Very disappointed with this purchase from shipping to final product, I didn’t buy a 61 gallon tank I bought a 69 gallon tank. Never again.
