I just got my dog a few days ago, but everytime it's breathing, it has a very annoying "click" sonud. What can it be, and how can I make it stop?

It’s supposed to be the sound of breathing, but it’s just the mechanism inside. It’s sealed so not possible to get at. Just take the battery out, I guess. It’s pretty cute as it is.

Do you have to use the collar it came with? Amd does it have to lay on the bed it comes with or can you sit it on your couch?

It can lay down anywhere as the bed is just there if the owner wants him there. Not necessary to use the collar

Will this puppy run and play, bark, lick...ect.?

No. The puppy is a still object but it is cute and cuddly.
