Very disappointed with the seller’s quality control and service. The product I received had a water leakage issue from day one. The purifier also looks like a used or refurbished product, not a brand-new item. I would not recommend this seller due to bad quality control and lack of reliability

The germ kill kit is not sealed always
Kindly explain why the germ kill kit is always kept unsealed ,I have mailed the matter to Hindusthan uni lever ,but no response.
